  • IRQS reserves the right to determine applicable charges based on timing, resources engaged and administrative effort.

6. CERTIFICATION & TRAINING DISCLAIMERS

  • Certification decisions are based solely on audit results, findings and compliance — payment does not guarantee certification.
  • Training completion does not guarantee passing any examination or certification.
  • IRQS reserves the right to modify course content, trainers, schedules or locations.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website—including text, data, audit methodologies, training materials, presentations, logos, brochures, graphics and digital assets—is the exclusive property of IRQS / IRClass Systems & Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

You agree:

  • Not to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or exploit any content without written permission.
